Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate business operations and process project submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to understand business requirements and operational expectations.
- Analyze vendor performance, service quality, turnaround times, and compliance with client standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Client Relations, and Vendor Management teams to improve workflows and business performance.
- Maintain accurate business records, operational documentation, and reporting systems to ensure consistency and accountability.
- Must have the ability to work in Night shift 8.00 P.M to 5.00 A.M
