Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, corporate customers, contractors and end users.
- Regularly visit project sites, contractors, industries, government and non-government organizations to identify new business opportunities.
- Identify and develop potential customers and expand the company`s market coverage.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with engineers and project stakeholders to collect project information and generate business leads.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain an updated customer/client database.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements and provide relevant feedback to management.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales updates and reports to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Work independently and effectively under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Explore new market areas and continuously increase sales volume and market share.
Requirements
- Age 32 to 42 years
- 8-14 years of practical experience in relevant MS Rod field (Sales - Building Material)
Educational Requirement
- Post-Graduation from any discipline (Master’s degree / MBA will be given preference)
Experience
- 8 to 14 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel
