Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Systems, or HR Service Delivery.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience in at least one HRMS implementation, major upgrade, system migration, or significant HR technology transformation project is essential.
- Experience in stakeholder partnering, probation and performance management, and employee lifecycle processes is essential.
- Good working knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment regulations, with the ability to ensure HR process compliance and advise stakeholders on relevant requirements.
- The experience requirement may be relaxed for agile candidates demonstrating strong relevant competencies, learning agility, and potential.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong planning, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Change management capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of standardized processes.
- Sound judgment, coaching capability, and confidence in facilitating constructive performance
Educational Requirement
- Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline.
- Professional certifications or training in HR operations, labour law and employment compliance, employee relations, HR systems, or HR process improvement will be an added advantage.
