Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant, banquet and other F&B service operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, grooming and professional conduct.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline and compliance with hotel policies.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene and service readiness.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
- Assist in staff training, duty roster preparation and performance evaluation.
- Monitor inventory, requisitions and operational costs to minimize wastage.
- Support revenue generation, upselling and achievement of departmental targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be preferred.
Educational Requirement
