Job Responsibilities
- Design & Planning: Create conceptual designs, space plans, RAJUK drawings and detailed construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Construction: Check & confirm layout of internal projects to ensure project is going on as per design.
- Code Compliance: Ensure all internal projects meet local zoning laws and building codes.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage external consultants, engineers and interior designers.
- Budget: Assist in project cost estimates and ensure material specification & work stays within budget limits.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to present designs and coordinate with non-technical business partners.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
