Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage overall crop production
- Manage and supervise Hydroponics production system
- Monitor plant growth, nutrient solution, and water quality
- Maintain proper EC, pH level and nutrient balance
- Ensure pest and disease control
- Plan crop production schedule
- Maintain daily production and growth records
- Coordinate with farm management for smooth operation
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & Internet browsing)
- Honest, responsible and hardworking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and reporting skills
Educational Requirement
- Diploma in Agriculture
- B.Sc. in Agriculture.
- Educational qualifications are relaxable for experienced candidates.
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
