Job Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the activities of agricultural officers, staff & worker.
- Prepare operational plan budget for the Agricultural Project.
- Implement the project as per Plan & Budget with timeline.
- Ensure the proper use of agricultural equipment, materials, and funds.
- Provide training to farmers agricultural skills and techniques, including better ways of using pesticides.
- Asses & evaluate the prospect and potentials of a particular land.
- Develop and upgrade the land condition to a standard for a particular crop.
- Harvest & maintain the crops at particular standard in coordination with the agriculture expert available in the area.
- Delegate work to team members and keep them focused on the plan with allocating sufficient resources.
- Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness.
- Liaison & maintain close relationship with stakeholder and local government Agricultural Office, independent bodies and authorities.
- Conduct regular visits, meetings, follow-up, guidance & evaluate activities.
- Prepare necessary documentation and reporting including financials, project reports, training reports and business reports etc.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Ensure timely submission of daily/monthly/quarterly/annual reports & MIS to the reporting senior.
Requirements
- Age At least 28 years
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
- Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.

Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup
