AGM-Production (Knit Garments)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced AGM-Production to lead knit garment production operations and achieve production, quality and shipment targets. Candidates with experience handling orders for ZARA, KIABI and NEXT will be given preference.Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control knit garment production to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Oversee production activities from cutting through sewing and finishing to ensure timely shipment.
• Allocate manpower, machines and production lines according to order requirements and production plans.
• Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality, Cutting, Finishing and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production.
• Ensure fabric, trims, approved samples and necessary production information are available before starting bulk production.
• Monitor hourly output, line efficiency, work in progress and production costs, and take corrective action where required.
• Identify production bottlenecks and improve line balancing, productivity and capacity utilization in coordination with the IE team.
• Ensure production follows buyer specifications, approved samples and quality requirements.
• Monitor orders for ZARA, KIABI, NEXT and other buyers to meet agreed quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Reduce defects, rework, material wastage and unnecessary overtime through effective production control.
• Lead, guide and evaluate production managers, supervisors and line teams.
• Ensure discipline, workplace safety and compliance with company policies throughout production operations.
• Review production reports and update management on performance, shipment risks and improvement actions.

• Age At least 30 years

• Proven experience in knit garment production, including experience in a senior production management role.
• Candidates with experience handling orders for ZARA, KIABI and NEXT will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of knit garment manufacturing, production planning, line balancing and capacity management.
• Ability to manage multiple production lines and meet production and shipment targets.
• Sound understanding of garment construction, SMV, efficiency and quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyse production performance and take timely decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting.
