Candidates with certifications in pattern-making, QMS, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma for process improvement, will be given preference.
Specialized courses in fabric analysis, garment fitting, or technical design,
Experience in conducting various QA audits.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position handling above job responsibilities in reputed Manufacturing companies or Buying offices .
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production and material issues
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access).
Proficient in English and local language for both speaking and writing
Self-motivated and well-disciplined to follow LWR SOP.
Good interpersonal skill.
Able to work independently and act proactively.
Confident with “Can do” attitude.

Responsibilities
:
Review and analyze garments tech packs, sketches, and specifications, and clearly explain them to the factory to ensure accurate sample preparation and appropriate pricing.
Provide technical guidance to the factory's sample team to avoid errors in sample making and submit the right sample in first go.
Collaborate with the factory on making patterns, review buyer specifications and fit guide, check measurements and proportions, and provide technical suggestions and pattern corrections to ensure the desired shape, fit, and alignment with buyer expectations.
Analyze factory-proposed markers, identify inefficiencies, suggest adjustments, and implement solutions to minimize waste and optimize material utilization.
Review all types of samples before submission to the customer.
Analyze material defects and collaborate with factories and mills to resolve material-related issues. Address consumption challenges with practical solutions to ensure efficient material use.
Communicate effectively with the buyer’s technical team regarding sample and production-related technical issues.
Conduct risk assessment meetings with the factory to identify material, product, and production-related risks and establish control plans to minimize defects in production.
Thoroughly review the factory's manufacturing plan, assess each process during the pilot run, and provide suggestions to improve accuracy, eliminate inefficiencies in operations, and minimize waste.
Conduct pilot/Inline/Pre final/Final audits as required by the QAM.
