Responsibilities :
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related questions.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics, etc.) to solve customer problems efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and issue resolution.
