    Responsibilities : Job Context•International Call Center, Inbound•Night shift & Day Shift•PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT GOOD IN ENGLISH SPEAKING.Job Responsibilities•Manage small amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner•No sales target.•Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics•Handle customer inquiries over the phone•Manage and resolve customer complaints•Provide customers with product and service information•Process orders, forms and applications•Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
