Responsibilities
:
Community mobilization & sensitization
Group Formation with adolescent, parents & guardians
Regular field visitRegular Household visit
Arrange trainings and prepare training report
Conduct courtyard session
Liaison and build up relationships with community base LGI representatives, LSP, and other stakeholders for sensitizing on child protection
Conduct training of children, adolescent, parents, teachers, religious leaders, LGI representatives

If the applicant has previous experience working as a Peer Leader or Community Mobilizer in social and behavior change projects, it must be mentioned in the application.
The applicant must be a permanent resident of the relevant union. However, experienced candidates in SBC projects will be given preference even if not a permanent resident.
The candidate should be accepted within the community and have the mental preparedness to work under challenging conditions.
Must be willing to travel outside the area for any meetings or training sessions.
Any other necessary tasks (logical, rightful and reasonable) assigned by the authority.
This position based on Union level.
