Educational Requirement
:
Adiquid experiences with Diploma in Electrical Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute / BSc. in any discipline from any reputed Educational Institute.MEP Engineering is Preferable.
Other Requirement
:
Must have 6(six) months FSCD training.
Experience from Bangladesh Fire Services & Civil Defense will be preferred.
Should have vast knowledge on fire safety management to ensure fire safety in an international hospital.
Must be well familiar to set up firefighting equipment as per the requirement of the Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.

Job Context:
Our organization is seeking a qualified, diligent, and experienced professional to join us as a Fire Safety Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing fire safety policies and procedures within the workplace. This includes creating evacuation plans and ensuring that all employees are trained in fire safety protocols.
Conduct fire hazard risk assessments and ensure compliance with BNBC, Fire Prevention Act, Accord, and Alliance standards.
Provide fire safety and hazard training for employees and conduct regular fire drills.
Ensure In-house fire training for Firefighters, Rescuers, new employees, construction labors, outsourced staffs and security personnel.
Collaborate with projects management and external agencies (Fire Service & Civil Defence) for audits and approvals.
Investigate fire incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor and ensure that the facility of fire hydrant, fire pumps, Sprinkler system, detection systems are adequate and are working properly.
Ensure monthly Fire & Emergency evacuation drills as per program to aware all workers & staff.
