Conduct engaging Bangla classes using PowerPoint slides and interactive boards, ensuring the development of reading, writing, grammar, and creative expression skills in line with the school’s curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, class materials, and assessments tailored to students' levels to build strong foundations in Bangla language and literature.
Evaluate and monitor student progress, maintain records, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous learning.
Promote a culturally rich and respectful classroom environment, inspiring students to appreciate Bangla language, heritage, and values.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management in curriculum development, classroom strategies, and school-wide cultural programs.
