Educational Requirement
:
Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with minimum two First Class/Div/A Grade out of which one First Class/Div/A Grade in Undergraduate/ Graduate Program.At least 07 years of teaching experience at university level, out of which 03 years as an Assistant Professor.Must have 05 publications to his/her credit, out of which 3 publications as Asst Professor.

Position Description: BAIUST invites applications for the position of Professor/ Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Teach undergraduate courses in accordance with the university’s approved curriculum, emphasizing core areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Actively contribute to the academic, administrative, and developmental growth of the Department.
Provide leadership and service within the Department and to the broader academic and professional communities.
Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputable journals.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to effective undergraduate instruction, course innovation, and student mentoring in research and professional development.
Ensure that teaching content is informed by current research and supports scholarly activity.
Develop inclusive and effective teaching methods to address diverse learning needs.
Play an active role in preparing the Department for national and international accreditation processes.
Perform any other duties assigned by the University Authority.
