Other Requirement

At least three years of experience in field supervision, quality control, and conducting training/briefing sessions.
Proven experience in moderating FGDs, IDIs, and KIIs in a survey research agency for at least two years.
Strong proficiency in Bengali transcription for FGD, IDI and KII.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla.
Willingness and ability to travel outside Dhaka for field supervision and data collection activities, including FGDs and IDIs.
A hard worker with a cooperative mindset, committed to accomplishing tasks within deadlines.
