  • Since 2017, IRC has supported Rohingya Refugees and Bangladeshi nationalities communities in Cox's Bazar, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong with integrated services. The organization also addresses climate change impacts by building resilience and promoting economic recovery, education, and protection.
  • Purpose
  • IRC is seeking Manager- Government Liaison and Administration for its Bangladesh Country Program, based in Ukhiya with very frequent travel to program locations. Manager- Government Liaison and Administration will closely work with Field Coordinator to ensure the day-to-day functionality of govt. Liaison departments.
  • Manager- Government Liaison and Administration responsible for liaison and networking with government, donors, NGO/INGOs and international agencies and ensuring IRC’s work is following the regulations of the Government of Bangladesh, related to different ministries, RRRC Office, NGO Affairs Bureau.
  • Under the direct supervision of APP Operations Coordinator and technical support from Advisor-Govt. Liaison the person expected to support the Assisted Passage Program (APP) operations in Ukhiya, Teknaf and Cox Bazar in terms of managing government relationships (at different administrative level e.g. UNO, CIC, RRRC and DC level) and ensuring approval from CiC and RRRC for TOLL project client’s movement internally from camps-to-camps, camps to Cox’s Bazar for medical assessment and final departure to Australia.
  • The incumbent is also expected to support on FD, Visa / work permit, Security clearance and Camp pass for expatriate staff of TOLL project.
