Must have vast operational and production knowledge on high world class knitting machinery which equipped with special attachments to produce Lycra fabrics as well.
Responsible for well-integrated system of stringed quality measures checks all fabrics meticulously to eliminate contamination and other faults.
Production knowledge on varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Interlock, Auto Striper & Fidder Stripe, Pique, Lycra Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Waffle, Jacquard etc. (All kind of Knit Item).
Specially monitor brands sewing machines which are equipped with auto trimmers, lock stitch, button stitch, chain stitch, and auto buttonhole machines to ensure perfection.
