Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in microfinance field operations with 3 years in a supervisory role.
Job Location: Field level (coastal district-based branches)
Strong leadership and field operation management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microfinance MIS (g-bank preferred).
Motorcycle driving ability with a valid driving license.
Sound knowledge of Tally/MIS software
Willing to work in remote areas and travel frequently.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage multiple branches under the assigned area to ensure smooth and effective program implementation.
Monitor branch-level operations including loan disbursement, recovery, savings mobilization, and financial transactions.
Ensure full compliance with MRA regulations and the organization’s internal policies and procedures.
Provide regular guidance, mentoring, and performance monitoring of Branch Managers and field staff.
Maintain effective liaison with local government authorities, community leaders, and other relevant stakeholders to support program activities.
Prepare and submit area-wise performance reports, financial updates, and other documentation as required by senior management.
Conduct staff training, coaching, and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency.
Analyze branch-wise operational data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal processes for staff within the area.
Coordinate internal audits, spot checks, and field visits to ensure transparency and accountability.
Ensure client satisfaction and grievance redress mechanisms are functioning effectively at the branch level.
Support the integration of social performance management, gender inclusion, and community engagement into program activities.
Take proactive measures to meet area targets related to outreach, portfolio quality, and financial sustainability.
Report critical issues, field challenges, and program innovations to the central management team for timely decision-making.
