Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate the selection of eligible members, formation of groups, disbursement of loans, collection of savings, and recovery of loans in assigned areas.
Educate group members on program guidelines, savings policies, loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial discipline.
Conduct regular group meetings to collect savings and installments, share program updates, and resolve member queries.
Maintain daily collection records, passbooks, and relevant loan documents with accuracy and transparency.
Submit timely reports and collection summaries to the Branch Manager and ensure data is accurately reflected in the MIS.
Conduct field visits to monitor members' income-generating activities and ensure proper loan utilization.
Identify and verify potential new members through household visits and community engagement.
Assist in resolving client issues, addressing complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction at the field level.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and stakeholders to build trust and program visibility.
Support awareness campaigns and trainings on financial literacy, health, or social development themes as required.
Coordinate with the Branch Accountant and Branch Manager to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
Follow up with overdue clients and take necessary actions to ensure loan recovery in a respectful and effective manner.
Ensure that all program activities in the field comply with the organization's rules and the guidelines of the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA).
Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to improving branch performance through field-level feedback.
