A bachelor's degree from a reputed university or institution in statistics or social sciences with quantitative content or other related field with strong analytical skills and computer skills especially excel, power points, SPSS is a preference.
MBA / Master of Social Science will be given preference.

Project Name: SAY - SRHR (Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights).World Renew- PARI Development Trust.Job ContextPARI Development Trust is a national NGO registered with NGOAB working in greater Mymensingh. PARI implements community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, food Security livelihood, agriculture and child rights program in several Upazilas of Mymensingh, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Netrokona and Sunamganj districts. PARI is going to implement a 5 years' period "SAY SRHR” Project from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2030. This project focuses on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for adolescent and youth girls in selected locations that are rural with high rates of multi-dimensional poverty and deeply entrenched harmful traditional practices (HTPs) that perpetuate inequality and limit to access to the SRHR services. For the well-being of their family and community and thus transform their lives as a long-term impact in Kalmakanda upazila under Netrokona district.The project seeks a contractual Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to monitor day-to-day implementation, assure program quality and sustainability to reach the expected goal through effective monitoring, feedback giving, documenting significant learning and stories of changes, and reporting as well as taking part in decision making process as a main part of the project management team.Job Responsibilities
To provide technical and strategic oversight for the monitoring, evaluation and learning activities. Ensure effective, accurate and timely monitoring, evaluation and reporting of all project activities.
To develop the Monitoring, Evaluation Framework, monitoring plan and indicators based on the Project Result Chain and/or Log frame.
To work as a team and support team members to implement the monitoring Framework and Plan to track the project performance and results including routine data reporting, baseline and end-line assessments.
To conduct baseline studies including development of tools, data collection and analysis and report writing.
To develop and oversee data flow pattern for the project to ensure timely data (both qualitative and quantitative) collection and reporting.
To facilitate reflection sessions and support the project team to apply the data and lessons learned in project planning and implementation to continuously improve quality of interventions and outcomes.
To support strategic collaboration activities with key stakeholders to learn from evidence generated by the project and adapt intervention as appropriate.
To lead development of innovative ways of improving data collection and data entry at all levels.
To develop, implement, and maintain a quality MIS database of project indicators and activities.
To ensure the quality of data through multiple sources and data validation procedures including routine data quality audits.
To prepare periodic reports on project’s outcome and output indicators, and success stories.
To prepare consolidated periodic progress reports for the Management including identification of risks/challenges, causes of potential bottlenecks in implementation, lessons learned, best practices and specific recommendations to support program’s overall learning.
To support development of new project proposals including development of logical frameworks and gender-sensitive indicators and targets.
To ensure Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion and Resilience are mainstreamed in project activities.
To attend Government’s coordination meeting at upazila and district level and reporting on the progress of the programs.
To attend field level monthly staff meeting frequently where project’s goals and objectives reviewed and give appropriate feedback using appreciative inquiry.
Any other duties as assigned by Program Manager and Executive Director.
