Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounts
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Good understanding of financial systems and internal control procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel is a must.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
Check and verify all bills related to Head Office, Factory, and Suppliers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Verify and validate field office expenses and bills in coordination with regional teams.
Oversee and control the repair and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Monitor and implement budgetary control mechanisms for sales promotional expenses, ensuring alignment with approved financial limits.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to obtain necessary clarifications, approvals, and ensure smooth financial processing.
Assist in the preparation of balance sheet, income statement, and other financial statements as required.
Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and various financial registers; prepare and verify vouchers and journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and company regulations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
