Must be fluent in English and have good skill in computer
1 year of experience in a call center is preferable.
Candidate must have excellent communication skill in English Language and Basic computing knowledge with good typing skill.

We are a UK based Call Centre. We are looking for the right person to join our international National Call Centre team as a Customer Service Representative.The ideal candidate must be fluent in English communication, have good computer skills, and good team player. A minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Centre is preferable.
Shift: Night Shifts Only (4 nights in a week)
Shift Start From: 8:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Service over the phone.
Managing communication with clients via Email and WhatsApp
Communicating with other offices
Working with other colleagues.
