At least five (5) years of experience in development organization with similar type of position. Experiences in working in regional project regarding Climate Change is desired.

Ability to operate with independence, under pressure, to meet deadlines and commitments,
Proven ability to work as part of a team, and as part of a wider network, is essential,
The commitment and drive to achieve challenging goals, a problem-solving attitude is essential,
Cultural sensitivity and ability to respect and work well with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Can drive motorcycle,

:
Project Summary: The project aims to contribute to the enhancement of knowledge, skills and perspective for effective climate adaptation and resilience building in South Asia. In doing so, the project will implement comprehensive capacity-building interventions designed to empower different organizations with the knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to combat the effects of climate change. The project will be implemented in a consortium with the partner organizations from Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan where CCDB from Bangladesh is the lead of the consortium.Project Name: Regional Enhancement for Climate Adaptation and Partnership (RECAP) Project. Role of the Position and Duration: (Till to 31-Dec-2026) Under the supervision of Project Coordinator, the Officer-Capacity Building and Documentation will develop the quality of program being implemented, develop the capacity building plan, module for partner organizations, organize and facilitate the training and document the project result, knowledge and learnings. Job Responsibilities:
Assist the project coordinator in strategic planning, designing and developing guidelines, framework, strategy, training module, action plan, communication material based on project and organizational requirements regarding climate change adaptation, risk assessment, mitigation,
Prepared monthly/ quarterly/ yearly work plan with the support of Project Coordinator and prepared necessary report,
Prepare the meeting minutes, training reports and workshop proceedings,
Prepare and compile the draft project report as per organization and donor requirements,
Ensuring the selection of the target organizations for capacity building,
Organize training, workshop, sharing event, exposure visit to enhance the organizational capacity of the target organizations on climate change issues,
Develop training modules, interactive awareness materials with the support of project coordinator,
Follow up the progress of the planned activities of the project, take necessary actions immediately if any issue raised and coordinate with Project Coordinator to resolve,
Regular communicate with different stakeholder,
Highlights the achievements gained by the project by developing success stories, case studies, media coverages,
Provide logistic support as per requirements.
