Coordinate the O Level & A Level academic programs across all branches.
Ensure adherence to Cambridge/Edexcel curriculum standards.
Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance for effective teaching methodologies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance students’ academic performance.
Organize and oversee internal and external exams (Mock, IGCSE, IAS, IAL, etc.).
Maintain communication between teachers, parents, and administration.
Provide academic counseling and support to students.
Prepare reports and analysis of student progress.
Arrange professional development programs for teachers.
Ensure alignment of Islamic values and principles within the curriculum.
