Minimum 2 years’ experience direct CALL CENTER
Excellent communication skills in English and bangla
Familiarity with home décor products or interest in the interior design space is a plus
Good typing and basic computer skills (MS Office)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
:
Answer incoming calls related to order status, modifications, or post-order queries.
Provide accurate information about home décor products, materials and order process related any challenge
Address customer queries regarding product details (e.g., dimensions, material, color, finish) by referring to product catalogs or consulting the in-house home décor experts.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call outcomes, issues resolved, and actions taken.
Work closely with sales, logistics, warehousing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Follow up on incomplete or pending orders to ensure closure
Prepare daily or weekly reports summarizing call activities, pending issues, and feedback trends
