Prior to that, he served the Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC, then EPADC) as a Divisional Manager for about 10 years.The company started with the activities of developing a seed market in Bangladesh from the world?s reputed foreign seed companies. We are still continuing as such; but in addition, they have been involved with the research based marketing of Vegetable Seeds, Seed Potatoes and other various seed items since 1982.We have an experienced and highly professional board of directors and well organized marketing networks including renowned agriculturist of the country. They help determine the goals of the research & Product development work as well as research methods and other test parameters. Trial & demonstration plot design and implementation.
Seed samples receiving & matching the sample with the provided list from head office.
Germination test and seedling preparation.

Monitoring seedbed preparation, field preparation, seed germination, transplanting of seedlings, and management practices (weeding, irrigation, fertilizer, pesticide applications, etc.)
Responsibility #3: Data collection (20% of time)
Data collection and capture photographs & Videos and uploading to the server.
Daily observation of trial and demonstration plot and take necessary actions.
Responsibility #4: Report preparation (20% of time)
Sorting & ranking of varieties based on their performances.
Prepare the reports including all the observations and the characteristics of specific crop varieties.
Responsibility #5: Technical support (20% of time)
Provide technical support to all the stakeholders (farmers, dealers, and staff), sales and marketing team, and in their programs as well.
Regular visits to the farmers' fields and market places.
