Responsibilities
:
A Trainer's job in Samahar is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of individuals or teams, often in a workplace setting. This involves designing and delivering training programs, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. Responsibilities:
Identify training gaps and developing training plans to address them following Training Need Assessment (TNA) Strategy.
Curriculum Design:
Design curriculum. Create and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online modules.
Use various teaching methods, such as lectures, workshops, simulations, and online learning, to deliver training effectively.
Conduct training sessions, providing instruction, and facilitating learning. Utilize technology to enhance training delivery and engagement.
Offer guidance and support to trainees, either individually or in groups for effective mentorship and coaching.
Guide new employees through the onboarding process, helping them understand company policies and procedures.
Track trainee progress and providing constructive feedback.
Document training activities and providing reports to management.
Manage training budgets and allocating resources effectively.
Work with managers and other stakeholders to align training efforts with business goals.
Evaluate training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to refine training programs.
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and learning new training techniques.
