Responsibilities
:
Supervise all sewing machine repair & mechanical installation work.
Supervise all mechanical troubleshooting work.
Supervise all mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper records.
Prepare a complete work plan of mechanical maintenance & development work.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of Juki sewing machines, pattern seamer machine auto cutter machine and related equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide quick solutions to avoid production delays.
For maintenance of sewing production machine, monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely activities are undertaken by the maintenance team with regards to the performance of all machine and equipment’s across the unit.
Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and mechanical regulations.
