| Responsibilities |
: |
HR Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) accurately and confidentially.Administer onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and payroll support.Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation.Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.Compliance Responsibilities:Ensure the organization complies with all labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards.Prepare and submit compliance reports to relevant authorities (e.g., labor office, regulatory bodies).Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and HR best practices.Conduct internal audits and risk assessments related to HR practices and workplace conditions.Support social compliance audits (such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.) and coordinate necessary documentation.Develop and monitor internal HR compliance checklists and reporting mechanisms.Address compliance-related queries and concerns raised internally or by external auditors.Liaise with legal advisors and external agencies when required. |
