Responsibilities
:
Financial Oversight (CFO):
Lead the financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis processes.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
Implement financial controls and risk management procedures to protect company assets.
Manage cash flow, investments, and company financing, including VAT & Tax strategies.
Coordinate with external auditors for audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Develop and implement an internal audit framework and audit plans.
Ensure full compliance of IFRS matters.
Corporate Governance (Company Secretary):
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements of the company.
Oversee the maintenance of corporate records, including the company’s minute books and registers.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, BSEC and Bangladesh Bank, other government agencies
Organize and manage Board meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and relevant reports.
Assist in the preparation of annual reports and disclosures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain corporate governance best practices and ensure the company adheres to corporate laws, rules, and regulations.
Manage shareholder communications and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Fully versed with RJSC matters.
Reports To: Managing Director and CEO.
