  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining client records.
  • Handle client payments and process transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth parlour operations.
