| Responsibilities |

Greet and assist patients at the front desk.Handle calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiriesExplain services (Hair Transplant, PRP,Laser etc.) clearlySchedule appointments and manage calendars.Follow up with leads to confirm bookings.Maintain patient records and front desk cleanliness.Coordinate with doctors and clinic team.Ensure a luxury experience for all clients.Support daily admin and reception tasks.Having good verbal communication skills in English. |
