Provide round-the-clock medical care to inpatients at Holy Lab Healthcare Hospital.
Conduct comprehensive evaluation of hospitalized patients, including medical history review, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessment and treatment protocol.
Monitor and manage acute and chronic medical conditions in coordination with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed.
Administer medications, treatments and procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
Perform medical procedures such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgery if necessary.
Respond immediately to medical emergencies, provide immediate intervention and stabilize patients when necessary.
Collaborate with nursing staff to provide optimal patient care and ensure adherence to treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment options and preventive health care measures.
Accurately and comprehensively document patient care activities in the medical record, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in medical rounds, case conferences, and interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and coordinate transitions of care.
Stay updated on advances in medical knowledge, techniques, and technology through continuing education and professional development programs.
Comply with hospital policies, procedures and protocols, including infection control measures and quality improvement initiatives.
Provide support and supervision to assigned junior medical staff, interns and medical students.
Collaborate with hospital management and clinical leadership to improve patient care services and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
