Job Location: only for Only Rajshahi and Rangpur (Division)Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor and manage distributors and sales representatives in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and stakeholders. Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity. Submit regular sales reports to higher management. |
