Responsibilities
:
Oversee the entire garment production process – from product development to bulk production and final shipment according to customer quality standards.
Maintain all merchandising communication, including order files, tracking reports, and documentation.
Manage order specifications, costing, and communicate with suppliers and foreign offices.
Prepare and manage T&A (Time & Action) plans to meet buyer and factory timelines.
Supervise sample development and ensure timely submissions with approved quality.
Have complete knowledge of Knit and Woven garment production.
Ensure timely sourcing of fabrics and trims with required quality.
Conduct regular factory visits to ensure product meets buyer expectations.
Guarantee all raw materials are in-house well before PCD (Planned Cut Date).
Coordinate with production and QA teams to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval.
Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers.
Oversee complete order execution—from sampling to final dispatch.
Conduct T&A follow-ups and monitor order flow progress.
Prepare and verify cost reconciliation reports after each order.
Analyze shipment performance and take action to minimize rejections.
Meet key KPIs: Units shipped, revenue, margin, market share, etc.
Submit performance reports and updates to management regularly.
