Manage daily hotel and restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently
Lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure excellent guest service in multilingual and multicultural settings
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage financial reporting
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supply management
Enforce hygiene, safety, and health standards (HACCP, fire safety, etc.)
Plan and coordinate events, banquets, and seasonal promotions
Support marketing, sales, and partnerships with local tourism bodies
Ensure facility maintenance and coordinate with service providers
Build relationships with suppliers and comply with local regulations
Keep up with trends and seasonal needs in Italy and Malta’s tourism industries

Terms & Conditions
Working Hours: 8 hours per day (Subject to the employer’s job policy)
Leave: Weekends (Sundays) + 24 holidays annually (Subject to the employer’s job policy)
Overtime : Subject to the employer’s job policy
Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)
Visa Type: Long-stay "D" Visa
