Prior experience in manpower recruitment, secretariat roles, or HR departments is strongly preferred.
Must have sound knowledge of computer operations, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, as well as Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing, and internet browsing.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in administration, secretarial, or HR roles.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
High level of discretion, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
:
Secretarial & Administrative Duties:
Provide executive-level support to senior management, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
Draft and manage official correspondence, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.
Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
Prepare business presentations, reports, and communication materials.
Handle front-line communications such as phone calls, emails, and visitor management.Recruitment Responsibilities:
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Liaise with clients, candidates, overseas agencies, embassies, and airlines as needed for recruitment processing.
Assist with candidate documentation, visa processing, and departure formalities.
Support compliance with manpower export regulations and guidelines.General HR Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records
Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing offer letters and contracts.
Support HR policy implementation and employee communication.
Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll assistance.
Coordinate performance appraisals and training schedules.
Maintain a positive work environment and assist in resolving minor employee issues.
