  • Candidates with the ability to draft professional letters in both Bangla and English will be given high preference.

  • Prior experience in manpower recruitment, secretariat roles, or HR departments is strongly preferred.
  • Must have sound knowledge of computer operations, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, as well as Photoshop/Illustrator, video editing, and internet browsing.
  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in administration, secretarial, or HR roles.
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla and English, both written and spoken.
  • High level of discretion, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

    Responsibilities : Secretarial & Administrative Duties:
  • Provide executive-level support to senior management, including scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting organization.
  • Draft and manage official correspondence, memos, and reports in both English and Bangla.
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare business presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Handle front-line communications such as phone calls, emails, and visitor management.Recruitment Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with clients, candidates, overseas agencies, embassies, and airlines as needed for recruitment processing.
  • Assist with candidate documentation, visa processing, and departure formalities.
  • Support compliance with manpower export regulations and guidelines.General HR Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing offer letters and contracts.
  • Support HR policy implementation and employee communication.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll assistance.
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and training schedules.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and assist in resolving minor employee issues.
