The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Developer
Minimum of 10 years of experience in land sales, real estate or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
Proven track record in negotiations and sales management and achieving high-value sales targets in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and legalities related to land transactions in Bangladesh.
Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
Fluency in both Bengali and English.
Experience working with government agencies, developers and large-scale land acquisitions.
Familiarity with land development, urban planning and construction processes in Bangladesh.
Must be highly motivated, results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
Ability to travel as required for site visits and client meetings.

Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to promote land projects, targeting potential buyers and investors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital and traditional marketing materials.
Lead negotiations and closing of land sales deals, ensuring they meet company profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers and other stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion, including potential partnerships with other developers, landowners and governmental agencies.
Client Relations:
Foster and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
Provide advice and consultation to clients regarding land investments, zoning issues and the legal aspects of land transactions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular updates on land sales performance, market conditions and sales forecasts to the senior management team.
Prepare sales reports, including performance analysis, forecasts and budget adherence.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to improve processes and meet sales targets.
