The ideal candidate will have a strong background in buyer sourcing, direct buyer communication, and strategic development — especially with clients in USA, North America, South America, Europe and Others region. Key Responsibilities
Source and establish new buyer relationships in USA, North America, South America, Europe and Others region.
Identify and build direct connections with international buyers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers.
Develop and execute sourcing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and implement strategies to attract bulk clothing orders from global markets.
Utilize digital marketing, social media, and B2B platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Alibaba).
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase capabilities and secure new buyers.
Manage all buyer communications, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
Foster long-term buyer relationships through proactive support, trust-building, and regular updates.
Negotiate pricing and close contracts that align with both buyer and company interests.
Coordinate between buyers, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor global market trends and evolving buyer requirements to stay competitive.
Stay updated on international apparel trade regulations and compliance standards.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals and driving results.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on buyer acquisition, sourcing progress, and marketing activities.
