Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and hygiene.
Lead and supervise all departments including front-of-house, kitchen, and housekeeping.

Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
