We pride ourselves on exceptional service and a warm dining & Thai atmosphere.Job Description:We are looking for experienced Operation Manager to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of Saffron Dine & Thai Express. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize the efficiency of our restaurants.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and hygiene.
  • Lead and supervise all departments including front-of-house, kitchen, and housekeeping.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedure for all areas of operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare operational reports and budgets for management review.
  • Ensure alignment of restaurant operations with company goals and policies.
