Job Context:We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with strong verbal communication skills in English & Bangla. The ideal candidate should be able to handle client interactions effectively over the phone and have the ability to persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over the phone to drive sales.
Persuade clients to take our services or confirm orders.
Provide information on products, pricing, and other details.
Report daily work activities to the admin via Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
Willingness to work beyond regular office hours if necessary.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, show stress tolerance, and maintain a professional attitude.
Duty Time: 10am -7pm
