Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroadCounselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clientsWill be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroadHandling a high volume of immigration related matters.Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability.The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capabilityAbility to take challenge to achieve the target.Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required. Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & onlineSupport and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for PromotionPerform any task assigned by the management |
