Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in water borewell drilling. Proven experience in hydrological assessments, preferably within the water well drilling industry. Proficiency with relevant software, reporting formats, and tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Report to Project Manager on day-to-day basis on the work progress. Conduct hydrological assessments of proposed drilling sites to determine groundwater availability and quality. Analyze geological and hydrological data to identify optimal well locations and depths. Perform field studies, including the collection of soil and water samples, as well as sieve analysis, and borelog. Analyze data from water samples and geophysical surveys to evaluate aquifer characteristics. Collaborate with drilling engineers and project managers to plan and design water wells. Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, including feasibility studies and impact assessments. Communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and company leadership.
