Working on International admission applications through University Online Portal (unsupervised)Writing SOP, Motivation Letter, Essays etc. for admission application (Excellent writing skill)Working with remote team members and independently manage work-flow coordinationAn expert user of Google Drive, Cloud drive, Outlook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Zoom, MS Teams etc.Email communication with universities and with any stakeholders Knowledge about US Visa & Immigration services & processBasic IT skills, Office administration skills, knowledge of Banking Payment tracking, client support service, counseling, continuous follow up with client and team membersAdvance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Excellent English language skills Be pro-active, efficient and must be punctual Improve work-flow and coordination of each tasksAbility to work independently and unsupervised Daily reporting to Supervisor and Line Manager Any ad-hoc duties provided by supervisor/line manager
