Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Deep understanding of food trends, menu planning, and cost control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be well organized, honest, sincere and non-smoker.

Responsibilities
:
Menu Development & Food Quality:
Design innovative and seasonal menus while considering customer preferences and trends.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Source high-quality ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
Kitchen Operations & Leadership:
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep staff.
Establish and enforce kitchen procedures, recipes, and plating standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Financial & Inventory Management:
Control food costs by managing portion sizes and reducing waste.
Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
Develop and manage kitchen budgets, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure the kitchen adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP, local health codes, etc.)
Collaboration & Customer Engagement:
Work closely with front-of-house managers to ensure smooth service.
Engage with customers for feedback and maintain a positive dining experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams on menu promotions and special events.
