The candidate should have Embroidery Factory based experience. Effective execution of administrative functions of the factoryConversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementationAble to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin, HR & Compliance issuesHave to ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conductHave to ensure production and shipment as per factory planResolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive mannerCommunicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and securityHave to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalismHave to ensure timely selection & placementAny other activities assigned by the management from time to time. |
