:

Visit potential corporate customers to generate leads for selling Internet & Data Connectivity.
Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking their effectiveness, and reporting the findings.
Convince the corporate customers and close the deal professionally maintaining relationships with new & existing customers through Telephone, email, and regular review visits.
Maintain individual regular field visits, arranging presentations to the customer to collect leads and conversion followed by ensured sales.
Develop the go-to-market plan defining objectives, contents, channels, funnel stages, and measures and work with the digital team to execute.
To give a weekly/monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings with HOD and the Management Team.
Built and maintain a successful relationship with customers.
Maintain composure and patience in face-off difficult customer situations.
Keep customers informed of progress during the issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
Ability to prepare reports, documentation and provide formal training to users.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers and partners.
Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, define pricing models, and lead initiatives to increase market share and revenue.
Analyzing market trends, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.
Planning promotional campaigns, monitor team performance, and present insights to senior management.
