Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot barcode scanners, label printers, and inventory management systems while implementing barcode solutions to enhance asset tracking, warehouse management, and point-of-sale operations.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Ensure IT security by implementing data backup strategies, antivirus protection, and access controls.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security.
Work with other departments to understand IT requirements and provide technical solutions.
