Experience : At least 7 years
Responsibilities :
  • Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control all areas of health services, including human resources, finance and information technology Ensure customer satisfaction Manage front Office, housekeeping, Security, General Maintenance, , OPD, Pharmacy, Nursing hostel, Cafeteria etc.
  • Prepare business plan and budgets for the hospital and managing budgets.
  • Prepare short term and long term planning for the organization.
  • Act as liaisons among central office, doctors, clinical and non-clinical staff -members, government office, NGO and other stakeholders.
  • Organise, direct, control and coordinate services in relation to policies and processes set by the organisation.
  • Develop procedures for quality assurance, patient services, medical treatments, department activities and public relations and delivering the best quality of patient care.
  • Organize eye camps and community health planning.
  • Attend meetings, writing reports, dealing with complaints or problems.
  • Ensure services meet standards
  • Deliver strong financial performance
  • Ensure employee welfare and benefits Perform Training need analysis and preparing training calendar
  • Arrange continual seminars, workshops ,event management and increasing publicity/marketing /outreach program of the hospital.
  • Organize Awareness programs
  • Review performance weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Facilitate the open door policies to deal with employee requests, grievance, human resources issues, rules and regulations etc.
  • Maintain and make renewal of all necessary license/certificates/ permits of the hospitals
  • Monitor all types of utility bills and arrange on time bill payments of the hospitals
  • Perform any other job as assigned by the higher authority.
